Yes one of the wheels feel off...big deal.I followed all of the instructions and it worked perfectly.It was well package and I didn't see any damage.The only cons I can think of is the wand hose was a bit short, there's no storage spot for the wand and you have to twist your water supply hose to tighten it.This leaves a kink in the line.
Outside of that, I am very happy with what I got.
